BU Support Bearing Units
Pre-engineered bearing units that support and locate the roller-screw shaft, carrying axial thrust into the machine structure within a complete actuator assembly.
Overview
A roller screw only performs as well as the supports that locate it. Our BU bearing units are matched to the screw shaft to take axial thrust in both directions, control end play, and keep the assembly stiff under load — simplifying the mechanical design around the screw.
