RVR Recirculating Roller Screws
A recirculating roller-screw design that achieves very fine leads for high-resolution positioning where standard roller screws cannot.
Overview
The RVR recirculating design allows the rollers to recirculate, decoupling the achievable lead from the roller geometry. This makes very small leads possible, giving high resolution and fine positioning for precision applications while retaining roller-screw load capacity.
Features
Very fine leads
Recirculation enables small leads for high positional resolution.
Precise positioning
Suited to fine, controlled linear movement.
Roller-screw robustness
Retains the load and life advantages of roller technology.
Benefits
- Achieve fine resolution without sacrificing load capacity.
- Enable precise, repeatable positioning in compact systems.
Applications
- Precision positioning stages
- Scientific and optical equipment
- Semiconductor motion
- Metrology
